History
Whiteclaw is a very minor character. The ThunderClan warrior, Graystripe, aids in his accidental death only moments after his first appearance. A border fight is aroused when RiverClan catches ThunderClan and WindClan cats heading through their territory; the fight occurs threateningly close to the gorge's edge. When Graystripe and Whiteclaw as fighting along the edge, Whiteclaw falls to his death. His death had been prophesied by WindClan's Medicine Cat Barkface earlier in the novel when StarClan gave him a sign through red clouds at Barley's barn.
